Reservation and Payment

When you make a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to pay the total amount due, including any taxes and fees. Payment is due at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date in order to receive a refund. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for one night’s stay.

Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 2PM and check-out time is 12NN. If you need to check in or out outside of these times, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Damages and Liability

You are responsible for any damages caused to the hotel or its property during your stay. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or loss of property.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal property during your stay, including but not limited to theft, fire, or water damage. We are also not liable for any injury or illness that may occur during your stay.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines and any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Manila.
